@tubinga2 you think of the cx-7 as an american car? that’s not american, that’s a true japanese car. but the ones in this video are american, no question. the pilot is practically the size of a tahoe these days.
I totally agree with you.. we have never heard of these cars in Europe.. with the partial exception of Mazda cx-7 (aka cx-9) that you rarely see around and you identify it as an “american car”.
dude.. i dnt need to go to Japan and look for the CEO to ask all those details datz stupid. All imported cars that are being brought to America are being re-designed to adapt the condition of where the cars are going to.
Coming from you.. “re-designed”… So wut chu’re talkin’ about is “VERSIONS” brothaaa and not wut chu’re sayin “THEY ARE AMERICAN CARS”!!
Bottom line here.. They are Japanese Cars, however.. there are some re-touches to adapt the American way of daily driving living. getzz?
… they’re not japanese cars. go to japan and ask the ceo of mazda about the cx-9, or the ceo of honda to describe the pilot. $50 says they won’t know what the hell you’re talking about.
these cars aren’t sold outside of north america (with the exception of the highlander, which is sold in australia as the kluger).
they were designed to be enormous (in other words, they were designed to be american) by americans for americans, and they’re all made in north america.
dude.. I have a Mazda an 09 CX-9 GT AWD Black/Black that I just got 3 months ago and my bro has the same exact 09 Toyota Highlander on vid AWD Baby Blue and I will tell straight up.. This CX-9 Kicks Ass dan Highlander.. Have u seen d interior of dat Highlander and Cx-9?? Have u test driven both to compare which is com4table to drve?? I have…. Cx-9 rules dude!
I agree.. reputation wise, both #1… but dude, tbecht88 is talkin’ about 2 specific Cars on vid, Pilot and Highlander..
So bottom line, he’s talkin’ about Pilot’s quality sucks and I agree. Pilot is the priciest of ‘em all, has the lowest review in handling coz it has a TRUCK handling coz it’s really a truck not like those 2 that you feel ur drving a car but it’s actually an SUV.
@neverlast666.. i believe u 500%! coz my bro has exctly d 1 dat shows on vid (baby blue AWD) den at d sametime I got me a black/black AWD 09 GT CX-9 3 mnths ago..
Highlander’s 3rd row scks 4 real. It hurts my BUTT bigtym & my legs everytime i get in dat row & im pretty sure dat’s d complain. Interior wys i lyk d CX-9 way better. D way dey designed wit a very luxurious features & styling catch evrybody’s attention.
Not mentioning u’ll get d luxury package way cheaper dan Highlander
@coolerdude44 … no dude.. they are Japanese Cars that’s why they are TOYOTA, MAZDA and HONDA and u can not be compares to DODGE coz DODGE is American. If you look at the diff of redesighning the versions, japs wheel are on d right, while American’s on the left..
@drewbrad0709 … well u have issues with that one lol!
I juz got an ‘09 CX-9 Grand Touring “AWD” and I get 21-25 on d freeway depending on how i drive it.
That is lie dude unless your mom’s CX-9 is messed up.. take it back to d dealer
This review seems to be focusing solely on performance. It fails to mention that the CX-9 has terrible visibility in the back and sides relative to the other two cars. Its also has less cargo and interior space than the Pilot despite having the same external dimensions. The interior isn’t as nice overall as the other two better.
It does handle better than the other two, but the Highlander is pretty close. The Pilot gets the edge in space. Its okay if all you want is engine performance.
@rctsos these cars aren’t really japanese. all were designed in america specifically for the american market. they’re practically dodge’s, but with better quality.
i have the highlander and and I love it. but the 3rd row seat its VERY uncomfortable. If you dont belive me just try it, and if you do please seat gently or you may break your coxil, so be careful.

If i want to compare both of them i won’t compare their quality , because i know they have similiar quality.
i will only compare their Storage, Interior design , exterior design .
And both have great engines too , and They produce almost the same horsepower per liter
but Honda knows how to create more Horsepower per liter like the S2000
but overall it is the same because,
Toyota and Honda CAN BUILD F1 ENGINES !!
